Things that annoy a Photographer
Here are some things that probably annoy any photographer, according to my personal experience. The images aren't associated with the examples, just some nice space fillers! Have fun reading these ;)
Wow, I love the filters you use! Number one phrase to drive any photographer crazy, who actually knows the meaning of the word. Let me clear this up. A filter is something you screw/mount IN FRONT OF YOUR LENS. The filter you are most likely referring to is a long process of editing, which isn't one swipe like you know it from Instagrams filters, which is pretty much the reason why people use this term wrong.
When will you send me the edited images? When they are done. Don't stress me, or they will never see the light on your screen.
Can you send me the RAW files? Nope.
Bragging about your gear/being obsessed with the newest lens/camera etc, even though your work sucks. This is a no-brainer, just annoying, probably every photographer knows at least one person like this. It doesn't matter what camera you use, most of the time. The best camera is the one, you have on you, as the phrase goes.
People who think their phone is as good as a DSLR. No, it's not. No, not even your iPhone 16 Pro Max Ultra Giga Something with 10 cameras and Pro Mode.
Models slapping a filter/face app on your edited photos. Just, don't. It's disrespectful and at the end of the day, you don't look like that.
Instagram models who are obsessed with their basic, unnatural spine-breaking poses. Worst ones, don't be like that.
Film shooters who think shooting film will make up for their shitty composition and skills. (Often guilty for that too, it happens)
Hope you enjoyed this lighthearted list, have a fantastic day, and take some great pictures!
